SFH was founded by David Newton at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training school (CPHT) in Bristol in 2002.  SFH combines modern therapeutic techniques with neuroscience and hypnosis. With its unique session structure, SFH puts the client, rather than their problem, at the centre of therapy.
